F. H. Ayres

Stable of Antique Rocking Horses

F. H. Ayres produced some of the finest rocking horses available in the late 1800s and early 1900s. Based at 111 Aldersgate Street, London between 1864 and 1940, the firm produced bow rocking horses, swing stands and also small quantities of some of the rare highly sought after antique horses such as the swivel head, and spring stand.

Owing to the volume of sales lately, this stable is largely in the process of being restocked. Please enquire further if you want an Ayres, it is often a few months before stock is ready to present on this website.
