Knee High is one of a small number of very small horses made by Collinsons circa 1985. (Ref Patricia Mullins The Rocking Horse p117)
He is in very good condition, being fully original, apart from a new tail, with no significant defects apart from some corrosion on the rear brackets, which is otherwise fully functional.
This is a rare horse, as only 12 were reputedly made, I certainly haven't come across another one yet. Rather cute alongside his big brothers, or will fit easily on a window shelf.
